Fun Day Swimming!!!!!

We bought the boys one of those cute baby blow up pools so we could take them swimming as much as possible this summer without having to spend a fortune doing it! These are some pictures of them the first time we used it. We quickly found out that the bumbo thing floats and wont just let Jaxson sit in the water lol but I think he still had fun despite that problem. Later on we figured out that a life vest works perfectly for him and inables him to float in the water on his back!

This is an extremely cute video of Paytyn splashing me, every single time I would shreek or screem he would die laughing so we had to catch it on film.

Another video showcasing the boys as they played in the pool and figured out exactly what it was. We took Paytyn to the swimming pool a few times last summer but I don't think he really remembered it as he seemed unsure of what to do at first. Jaxson on the other hand loves water and will just sit and relax in it all day long if he could!!!
This is a final video I have where I caught Jaxson talking and babbling and shreking lol whatever you want to call it. I just love hearing him go and figured you all would like it too!
Finally this is a picture of a enormus spider that was found crawling in my house on the wall. Now if you know me I am extremely terrified of spiders. Whenever I see them I litterally break down in tears crying afraid for my life....sounds silly I KNOW but its the one thing in this world that truely terrifies me! I had a friend over and she was not too found of them either so I ran down to the neighbors house and his 9 year old brave son came to our rescue(I know its sad huh a 9 year old had to rescue me) and killed it for us. Then I kid you not, not even 20 minutes later another one the same exact kind was crawling on the wall right by my couch where we were sitting....creeeeeeepppppyyyyyyy!!!!!! Needless to say we got it taken care of and so far haven't seen another one, although we did tear apart my couch and checked behind it to make sure there weren't any hiding and there weren't thankfully! I hate finding spiders when Ryan isn't home....as far as I am concerned they are NOT WELCOME in my house!!!!!!!!

Paytyns New ATV and Spiderman Pajamas

Grandma and Grandpa Formica were able to get this childrens size ATV from a friend for Paytyn and Jaxson. At first it would only go in reverse but after daddy and grandpa tinkered with it they were able to get it to go foward but not in reverse which was fine by us so long as it worked. We weren't sure how he would react to it but boy was he excited as soon as he saw it he climbed right on and was ready to go. He is not sure how to steer it yet but he knows where the pedal is and how to push it to make it goooooo. Can't wait to take it camping with us so he can really have fun with it!
Here is a video we took of him riding on it!
Grandma Swapp bought this unbelievably cute spiderman pajamas for Paytyn and they are by far my favorite pair that he has ever owned. He looks like a little version of a man and they are so thick which makes it perfect for our house since Ryan loves to have a cold house at night! Does he not look so freakin cute in them????
He just had to model the outfit for me with daddies cowboy hat!!!

Paytyn's 15 Month Checkup

Paytyn had his 15 month check up on Tuesday of this week and the doctor told us that he was a very healthy active little boy! He got two shots which of course he didn't love at all. He now weights 21 pounds 10 ounces which puts him in the 12th percentile, skinny bugger :) He is also 30 and 3/4 inches long putting him in the 39th percentile for height. I can't believe how big he is getting, he is growing up so fast now and is getting so smart!
These are just some cute pictures of Jaxson that I took while Ryan and I were at the condo on Saturday the morning before we left!

1 Year Anniversary

On May 30th 2009 Ryan and I celebrated an entire year together as a married couple for our one year anniversary. My parents took us out on the boat for the day to help make it memorable. We drove around, ate lunch and even went swimming for a little bit. Later that day we went and stayed at a wolf creek one bedroom condo where we had a free nights stay certificate. Wolf Creek even gave us a 75 dollar certificate so we could go eat dinner that night and breakfast the next morning to make our night more memorable. It was such a perfect day that brought Ryan and I closer together, it was so nice relfecting back on this past year with all that happened! Thank you to everyone who made this day so wonderful!
The next two pictures are ryans favorite and totally suit his personality :)
While we were on the lake we noticed tons of fire trucks, ambulances and cars as well as people. We waited around and just watched to see what was going on and to our surprise we watched this crane pull a car out of the lake, pretty cool. We didn't actually witness what happened but later found out that a girl lost control of car, flew into the lake and was able to make it out safely by crawling out of her sunroof and swimming to the shore.
He was all ready to go swimming, but the water was too cold for him to get in....I'm sure he was ok with not going though!
These next pictures are pictures of the condo we stayed in, it was nice with a full kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and a suit upstairs! Jaxson stayed the night with us too and he slept in the second bathroom since it was the most quiet place. Paytyn stayed the night at grandma and grandpa Formica's house!
This is a picture of the view we had from out living room
We slept with this windown open all night letting in a cold breeze and being able to listen to the creek flow below, it was so nice!
The beautiful spa tub that we didn't get to use unfortunately!
